Email marketing
Campaigns, segments, flows and deliverability, steered on clicks and conversion instead of an open rate that no longer holds up.
Five things that shape email in 2026
Apple Mail Privacy Protection opens mail up front. Clicks, conversion and unsubscribes still tell the truth.
2One list for everyone costs you reach. Combine tags and see straight away how many people are left.
3A wait step and a split on behaviour deliver more than one single email to everybody.
4Gmail and Yahoo demand SPF, DKIM, DMARC, one-click unsubscribe and spam complaints below 0.10 percent.
5The data points a direction. The final call also weighs brand, tone and what it does to your list.
Campaigns on clicks and conversion
Eight sends from the last three months.
Segment builder
Combine tags and watch the audience move along live.
Automation flow
Click a step for the numbers of that step.
Deliverability
Technique and reputation, set against the norm.
Subject line A/B
Test outcome next to the choice a human made.
Social media
Email finishes it, social starts the conversation. The social demo shows the same approach applied to planning, reach per channel and the best posting times.
Where this comes from
This screen is invented, the work behind it is not. These projects from my CV are what it rests on.

What you are looking at
This screen shows how I steer an email programme now that open rate no longer holds up: on clicks, conversion and unsubscribes, with open rate present as context only.
The segment builder counts along live with every tag combination, so you know up front whether a message reaches 400 or 4,000 people.
The flow shows per step what comes in, what lands and what gets clicked, and the deliverability check sets SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the spam complaint rate against the 0.10 percent norm.
The A/B test closes the way it should: an outcome from the data and next to it the choice a human made, with the reasoning.
For an employer this shows that I can run an email programme from segment to send and that I check the technique underneath myself. I produced, sent and reported on newsletters at KBenP, HyperMe Marketing and Unicorn Displays. Every number on this page is invented sample data, built to look realistic on purpose and calculated live by a JSON API on this site. No client data is used and no existing organisation is imitated.
