I am Josephine Belloni, an online marketer since 2018. I trained as a media designer in Interaction Design at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam, where I learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and mySQL alongside design. That lets me plan a campaign and check for myself why it is not landing technically.
I worked as an online marketer at KBenP for several business units and at Unicorn Displays as marketer and designer in one role. At Ahold Delhaize I worked on a marketing dashboard, and for the City of The Hague I designed and built the website Seniorvriendelijk Den Haag.
Marketing is what I get hired for, but it rarely stops there. I supported the ISO 27001 track at KBenP, trained internal marketers and interns, and help colleagues who get stuck on a template, a tag or a form. This site holds four working demos where you can see that work.

Global marketing project
Development of a marketing dashboard. Writing the dashboard requirements, training internal marketers, coaching colleagues in interpreting data and advising management.

Attending the final presentations of graduating students and setting their grade together with the examiner.

Marketing is what I was hired for, but it is rarely where it stops. At KBenP I supported the ISO 27001 certification, because information security is also about forms, about what you measure on a website and about who has access to which list. At Ahold Delhaize I took a marketing dashboard from requirements to daily use, including training the internal marketers who had to work with it.
For the City of The Hague I designed and built the website Seniorvriendelijk Den Haag and kept its content up to date afterwards. I can do that because I trained as a media designer in Interaction Design, with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and mySQL included. Colleagues stuck on a template, a tag or a form therefore often came to me first, and usually it was solved before a ticket was needed.
At KBenP and Unicorn Displays I supervised interns, and for The Hague University of Applied Sciences I sat in as external assessor at the final presentations of UX design graduates. I enjoy the work more when I look beyond my own set of tasks. A team gains more from that than from someone who stays exactly inside the lines of a job profile.

From scattered numbers to one screen you can actually decide on. Writing the requirements, cleaning up the sources, building it in Looker Studio or PowerBI, and explaining it to the people who use it.
Newsletters and flows that arrive and that produce something. Segmentation, automation and deliverability in Brevo, Copernica, HubSpot and Zoho, steered on clicks and conversion.
Getting found and measuring whether it works. Keywords, ads and content, but also redirects, canonicals, load time and tracking that holds up, including AI SEO and GEO.
