Pipeline

Drag a deal card to another stage. With a card in focus the left and right arrow keys move it too, or use the two buttons on the card.

How the weighted value is built up

Stage Deals Value Win rate Weighted

Weighted value = deal value x win probability of the stage. Move a deal and both columns recalculate.

    What you are looking at

This screen mimics a CRM with invented deals and contacts. You drag deals through the pipeline and the weighted value counts every deal at the win probability of its stage, so the forecast says more than the gross total. Below, every contact gets a data quality score built from four checks, with the reason shown per record. The Fix button shows what cleaning up delivers: the score of that record and the average both rise straight away. Josephine uses this to show that she sets up a pipeline, backs up a forecast and makes data quality measurable instead of a gut feeling.

This is exactly the work Josephine did at HyperMe Marketing when she set up marketing automation for the agency clients and helped build a KPI dashboard: most of the work sat not in the flow or the chart, but in the fields underneath.

Every number on this page is invented sample data, built to look realistic on purpose and calculated live by a JSON API on this site. No client data is used and no existing organisation is imitated.
